What you need to know about the College.
We have designed our programs having you in mind. Our programmes are structured in such a way that no matter what your schedules are, you will definitely find something that suits you.
Our course curriculum
Our leadership training is a two weeks intensive training. The leadership training is divided into two:
Basic Leadership Course (BLC): this is our entry-level leadership programme.
Advanced Leadership Course (ALC): this is the second stage of our training, it is meant for the graduate of Basic Leadership Course.
Training Schedule
Weekday
- The courses run from Mondays to Saturdays in the week.
PARTICIPANT’S CODE OF CONDUCT TOWARDS THE COLLEGE
Be Punctual. You are expected to be in the college no later than 4:00 pm.
You must come with your writing materials; a notepad and a pen.
You are to get at least one recommended text by the end of each week.
You must dress corporately. For males; a shirt, plain trousers, and tie on shoes and socks.
For females; shirt, below-the-knees skirts, formal gowns, and shoes. Hair color should be black or brown (color 33) and make-up should be moderate.
Saturday classes begin at 9 am
Always come with your tag.
Notify the college staff of your arrival.
The participant with any health problems that may affect college safety ( E.g. medication, epileptic fits) must report these conditions to the college staff.
No food or drink during training sessions.
No form of Hostility towards one another, verbal or non-verbal.
PARTICIPANT’S CODE OF CONDUCT TOWARDS COLLEGE FACILITIES
Do not stick papers, glues, gum, etc. on the walls, chairs, etc.
Handle Chairs, PA systems, and other ELCOL properties with care
Every participant is expected to leave college premises at 7:45 pm
PARTICIPANT’S CODE OF CONDUCT TOWARDS COLLEGE FACILITATORS
Respect all facilitators and complete assignments that are given in class (proverbs 12:1)
Turn off your mobile phones or put on silent mode for the duration of training
Avoid side conversations: if you are not sure of anything being discussed in training please ask the facilitator.
Assignments should be printed
Assignments should be completed and submitted on or before 3:30 pm every day except if extended by the facilitator
